We also provide gas discounts to first responders(Police, Fire, Emergency), teachers and military personal. We have proven discounts on the gas sales result in higher inside sales which is a win/win for our operators and customers.

As we grow, FGP offers select investors Sale/Leaseback opportunities to own the locations we operate in. FGP leases are based on the following criteria.

- 20 Year absolute NNN lease, with scheduled rental increases
- We set the rents at no less than 1.5x Debt Service Coverage
